"Clients" means any of our clients who are looking to expand and recruit for their teams via our Services.

"Referee" means any individual who provides references for a particular Applicant.

"Source" means any individual who helps us to identify potential Applicants.

"Supplier" means those external vendors and suppliers that provide services to NIG.

"Personal information" means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified.

A. Applicants
If you are an Applicant, we collect:

• Contact details (name, email addresses, phone numbers, postal address)

• CV information (work history, education, qualifications, skills)

• Compliance information (right to work status, ID documentation)

• Profile information (professional assessments, competencies)

B. Clients
For Clients, we collect:
